piknic electronic

Piknic Electronik is at its second edition, celebrated on top of Montjuic, in the  Jardins Joan Brossa.

It’s a great activity organized every Sunday afternoon, where young people, families and basically all music lovers can enjoy a home-made picnic, drinks and the electronic music by famous DJs – all in the beautiful surroundings of the Monjuic gardens and with a precious view over Barcelona.

The piknic offers a little bit of everything for everyone! Families with kids can enjoy this event in the Kids and Families Area (organized in collaboration with PetitBCN), a more relaxed and fun environment, where kids can take part in activities, games and workshops, while the adults hang out and listen to the electronic music.

During the afternoon and towards the end of the evening the atmosphere shifts into a more party-like environment, with the help of great artists such as Derrick Carter, Carl Craig, Joy Orbison, Nina Kraviz, El Guincho and Guillamino, who will delight the electronic music fans.

The piknic is organized every Sunday of summer from the 2nd of June until the 22nd of September (except the last two Sundays of August).

Entrance for kids under 12 years is free, and for adults it’s 8 or 11 eur (depending on the entrance time).

The piknic starts at 12 am and lasts until around 10 pm.
